Welcome to Bliss Bundles. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Terms  
These terms apply to all purchases made through Bliss Bundles.  
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information  
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, due to variations in screen displays and lighting, actual product colours may differ slightly.  

3. Orders & Payments 
All orders must be paid in full before processing.  
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Bank Transfers.  
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery  
We ship within Ireland, UK, France & Belgium. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.  
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.  
International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges  
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.  
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 28 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.  
Altered bundles (e.g. dyed or cut) will not be offered any sort of refund.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes  
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24-48 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins, and changes may not be possible.  
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Care & Maintenance  
Proper care is essential for longevity. We provide care instructions with each order, and failure to follow them may affect the wig’s lifespan.  
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, hairstylist errors, or chemical treatments.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks  
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first to resolve the matter. 
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in legal action.

9. Intellectual Property  
All content on our website and social media, including images and text, belongs to Bliss Bundles. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
