Processing Time

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Ireland.
International orders usually arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier.

In the event of delays, loss, or a package marked as delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Bliss Bundles order is carefully sourced, quality inspected, and packaged to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of hair.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Once the hair has been installed, washed, cut, coloured, styled, altered, or worn in any way, it is considered accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for any dispute, claim, return, or refund.
