Refund policy

At Bliss Bundles, we strive to provide high-quality wigs and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no refund policy with limited exceptions. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
- Due to hygiene and customization reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, you must contact us within 28 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed explanation.
- Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement unit (subject to availability)
- Store credit for a future purchase
- Claims made after 28 days will not be accepted.
- We do not accept claims for damage caused by hairstylists, improper installation, or failure to follow wig care instructions.
3. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24-48 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins, and changes cannot be made.
- Custom or pre-ordered wigs cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first to resolve the matter.
- Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute may result in legal action.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Wigs or bundles that have been worn, installed, dyed, bleached, washed, or altered
